ناساندنی کتێب
«هەگبەی نەخۆشیزانی و چارەسەری دەرمانی: دەرمانی سەردەم و دەرمانی گیایی» لە ئامادەکردن و وەرگێڕانی عەبدولڕەحمان محەممەدئەمین باسەرەیی، بەرهەمێکە لە بواری خوێندنەوەی زانیاریی تەندروستی. ناونیشانەکە دوو ڕەهەند دەخاتە پێشەوە: دەرمانی سەردەم و ماددەی پەیوەندیدار بە دەرمانی گیایی. ئەم ناساندنە بۆ ناسینی بواری کتێبەکەیە، نەک پشتڕاستکردنەوەی کاریگەریی هەر چارەسەرێکی باسکراو.
خوێندنەوەی کتێبێکی تەندروستی پێویستی بە جیاکردنەوەی زانیاریی گشتی، بۆچوونی نووسەر و بەڵگەی پزیشکی هەیە. کۆنبونی وەشانێک یان بەکارهێنانی باوی ماددەیەک، بە تەنها کاریگەری و سەلامەتیی ئەو ماددەیە ناسەلمێنێت. بۆیە خوێنەر باشە سەرنج بداتە سەرچاوە و چوارچێوەی ئەو زانیارییانەی دەیانخوێنێتەوە.

ئەم ناساندنە هیچ ڕێژەی دەرمان یان ڕێنمایییەکی خۆچارەسەرکردن پێشکەش ناکات. کتێبێکی گشتی جێی پشکنین، دەستنیشانکردنی نەخۆشی یان ڕێنمایی پزیشکیی تایبەت ناگرێتەوە. مەبەستی ناساندنەکە ئەوەیە خوێنەر جۆری ماددەکە بناسێت و بە سەرنجدان بە سەرچاوە و سنووری زانیارییەکان بخوێنێتەوە.
