ناساندنی کتێب
«شەرحی ڕەحەبی لە عیلمی فەرائیض» وەشانێکی کوردییە لە بواری خوێندنەوەی میرات لە فقهی ئیسلامیدا. تۆماری ئەم وەشانە وەرگێڕانی عومەر نورالدین موفتی دەناسێنێت. ناونیشانەکە پەیوەندیی کتێب بە دەقی ڕەحەبی و شەرحکردنی بابەتەکانی فەرائیض دیاری دەکات.
ئەم بوارە پێویستی بە تێگەیشتن لە پێناسە و پەیوەندیی چەمکەکان هەیە. خوێنەر دەبێت بتوانێت جیاوازیی نێوان یاسایەکی گشتی، مەرجەکانی و نموونەی فێرکاری ببینێت. شەرحکردن یارمەتی دەدات دەقێکی کورت بە هەنگاوی وردتر خوێندرێتەوە و پرسیارەکان لە چوارچێوەی بابەتەکەدا دابنرێن.
بۆ خوێندنەوە، باشە زاراوە سەرەکییەکان بە واتای خۆیان تۆمار بکرێن و نموونەکان بە ڕیز و هێواشی بەدواداچوونیان بۆ بکرێت. ئەگەر هەڵەیەک لە تێگەیشتنی زاراوەدا هەبێت، ئەنجامی نموونەکەش دەگۆڕێت؛ بۆیە تێگەیشتنی بنەماکان لە لەبەرکردنی تەنها ئەنجامەکان گرنگترە.
کتێبەکە بۆ قوتابیانی فقه و حەزکەرانی دەقە فێرکارییە کلاسیکییەکان پەیوەندیدارە. ئەم ناساندنە کتێبەکە وەک سەرچاوەی خوێندنەوە دەناسێنێت، نەک بڕیارێکی تایبەت بۆ دابەشکردنی میراتی خێزانێک. حاڵەتە ڕاستەقینەکان پێویستیان بە زانیاریی تەواو و پشکنینی پەیوەندیدار هەیە؛ خوێندنەوەی کتێبەکە دەتوانێت بنەمای تێگەیشتن و پرسیارکردنی وردتر بڕەخسێنێت.
