ناساندنی کتێب
«شەرحی عمدة الطلاب» دەقێکی فێرکارییە لە بواری ئوسوڵی فقه. تۆماری کتێبەکە دەقی سەرەکی بە دانانی شێخ عەباس مەدەنی شافعی و لێکدانەوەکە بە عەبدوڵڵا مەلا ئەحمەد ئەحمەدئاوایی دەناسێنێت. هەروەها ئاماژە بە ڕێکخستنی دەقی سەرەکی لە شێوەی ١٠٦ بەیتی شیعردا دەکات.
ئوسوڵی فقه پەیوەندی بە شێوازی تێگەیشتن و بەڵگەهێنانەوە هەیە، بۆیە خوێندنەوەی ئەم جۆرە بەرهەمە تەنها کۆکردنەوەی حوکمەکان نییە. خوێنەر هەوڵ دەدات لە زاراوەکان و پەیوەندیی نێوان دەق، بەڵگە و ئەنجامگیری تێبگات. دەقێکی شیعری دەتوانێت یارمەتی لەبەرکردن بدات، بەڵام شەرحەکە بۆ تێگەیشتنی وردتر گرنگە.
لە خوێندنەوەدا باشە دەقی سەرەکی و ڕوونکردنەوەکە لەگەڵ یەکدا ببینرێن. نووسینەوەی پێناسەکان بە زمانی خۆی خوێنەر و تۆمارکردنی نموونەکان یارمەتی دەدات خوێندنەوە لە لەبەرکردنی وشەکان زیاتر بێت. هەر چەمکێک کە پێویستی بە ڕوونکردنەوەی زیاتر هەیە، دەکرێت لەگەڵ مامۆستا یان سەرچاوەی پەیوەندیدار بپشکنرێت.
ئەم بەرهەمە بۆ قوتابیانی دەستپێکەری ئوسوڵ و ئەوانەی حەزیان بە شێوازی فێرکاریی دەقە کلاسیکییەکان هەیە پەیوەندیدارە. ناساندنەکە دەرفەتی ناسینی بابەت و شێوەی کتێبەکە دەڕەخسێنێت، بەبێ ئەوەی بەش یان وردەکارییەکی نەپشکنراو بە وەشانەکە زیاد بکات.
Book Introduction
Commentary on Umdat al-Tullab is an instructional work in usul al-fiqh, the study of the foundations and methods of Islamic jurisprudence. The catalog attributes the underlying text to Abbas al-Madani al-Shafi’i and its explanation
